No-Fault Insurance Claims

Insurance claims for storm damage are known as no-fault insurance claims. Even though you pay homeowner insurance premiums, getting the company to pay out when the time comes can be a hassle. That’s where we come in.

We understand the laws insurance companies are held to, and we work regularly with insurance property adjusters. When you file a claim, the insurance company sends out two adjusters and the state sends one. The first two may be more on the insurance company’s side and try to avoid paying out a claim.

Our team includes ex-insurance adjusters, public adjusters and insurance agents. We know that understanding insurance policies and codes is impossible for the average homeowner and we want to ensure you have the strongest team in your corner.

How We Help

When you call us about storm damage, we send a HAAG-certified technician to do a forensic inspection of your property. This helps us determine if the problem is worth filing an insurance claim. We’ll then have a public adjuster read through your policy to ensure you have the right coverage. They will file the claim, negotiate with the insurance company on your behalf, and eventually close the claim.
